Editor's Note

We are pleased to publish seventh edition of the Alleviation: An International Journal of Nutrition, Gender & Social Development. It is a peer-reviewed journal with international editorial board established in 2014 by Arya PG College (College with Potential for Excellence Status by UGC), Panipat , Haryana, India. The main purpose of the alleviation is to publish original research papers.
The current issue of the journal contains papers related to Nutrition [An appraisal of the nutritional status of children of the age group of 5-10 years suffering from cerebral palsy;
Development and sensory evaluation of pomegranate peels powder incorporated dhokla; Detoxification: necessity of human body; Understanding indicators and challenges of malnutrition: an appraisal in children], Gender [Musculoskeletal disorders developed in women working in handicraft industries of Patiala district; Gender sensitization], Social Development [Preferences of the respondents for hand printed khadi kurtis; Opinions of college students regarding selfies; Reuse of boutique waste in making one piece dresses; Old age problems and effect on kitchen activities].
